Black Book #2 Update

Right now the manuscript for book #2 is being edited but is otherwise complete. As soon as Blur finish their stuff up in August, I'll make the final additions and then charge full-steam ahead to finish it and make it available. I'm tossing around a few ideas for a special "extra" or two as well…

  1. Cool mate! Keep the good work up, I'm jut waiting it to get ready to buy my copy. I'll be in Hyde Park in August and it'll be a thrill to read about it in your book. Hats of to ya.
    cheers,
    Andre.

  3. Dr Blur... just saw now in the Q website, the cover of the next issue out on July 31st. "Last chance to see Blur. The inside story of their glorious finale". Do you know anything about this?

Could it be their last interview? Got me sad.... :(

  4. I've read the interview...it's very good but really doesn't offer too much in the way of unknown info. They don't really say in the interview whether or not it is the end but from what I've heard and known, it's going to be it for a while, maybe for good, but with these guys you never know...we'll have to wait and see after August.

  5. What's your feeling? End ? Or for while?

  6. My honest feeling is that it's probably the end, but I can't know for sure. They could always surprise us, they've done so before, especially these past 4-5 years. But if I had to bet, that's what I'd put my money on. Just seems like Damon's into it the least of them all and if he's not 100% onboard, then there's no chance.

  7. Damon WILL make it America... And who else besides Blur? I've been crossing my fingers for 8 years, and I won't ever give up hope.

  8. Damon has said Hyde park is - "Definately the last time.

...this year. To say anything else wouldn't be accurate"

  9. Well all I'll say is I've got a bit of inside info that has me leaning more heavily toward what I said above. I hope I'm wrong but I'm trending in that direction.

  10. It seems so, from all the negative stuff Damon's been saying to the press since the gig was announced. I am a great fan of Damon, but he's bee acting as if Blur was the least important thing in his career. Now that he's had row with Jamie Hewlett, what do you think he''ll be up to once he stops with Blur? Besides Africa Express, maybe The Good the Bad and the Queen? Or finaly a solo record. To me, Blur should only end after we fans have a full album, with the real line up. Graham deserves this.

  11. He's definitely the least into it, it seems. He's also the one who least needs the $$££ that goes along with it, which makes it all the more baffling. His mood about it definitely went south quickly after the Brits in February, though. Weird.
